My head hurts...

Oh boy...my head hurts! It has hurt since

Friday! It is a dull and achy ache and it won't go

away! Regardless of what I take, what I do...it's just

not going away. Nothing helps. I don't know what to do!

I don't think I have a fever...any suggestions on what it could be?
