Got TV?

I am in tv overload right now and I am just lovin' it! Lipstick Jungle premiered last night (for the second season) and it just reinforced how much I love that show!!! If you don't watch it...YOU SHOULD!!! :-)



Tonight is an exciting night with the premieres of The Office. I can't wait to see what happens on that show. I sometimes wonder if they have any material left. It was a little slow starting last season, but they pulled through in the end. I like either way though! It's such odd yet hysterical humor.


And....(drumroll please...)...Grey's Anatomy!!! I just can't wait!!! I have seen some commercials for it and I hope hope hope that what I heard someone say is not true!

Okay, so remember last season, in the season finale, at the end when Meredith set up candles to signify their house on the lot of land that McDreamy owned? Meaning, she wanted to move in with him and start a life with him? And remember how he had to leave to go break up with Rose, just to make things right? Well, on the commercial, there was a scene shown where Rose was talking to I don't know who and she said, "I am pregnant with your child."!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Um, hello?!?! That can't happen!!! And I don't necesarily know if this is a spoiler, for all we know it could be someone elses, right?! I sure hope so! I guess we'll have to find out tonight...



And I simply can't wait!

The Hills

I honestly cannot tell you how much I love to hate this show, these girls, whatever!

I used to watch the show religously, recording it on Monday nights in case I missed it. Then, within the last season I just stopped. I stopped because every single time that I watched it, the girls would make me so mad! I don't even necesarily know why...

I think it was, for one, the way the editing is done. You know, where it makes the girls on that show look like idiots and like they do not know how to communicate, but to stare at eachother only and make weird facial expressions. You know what I'm talking about?!

And every time I see them on things (i.e. the new commerical with Brody and Lauren) I never want to watch/use the items they are using. It's like I don't want to promote anything they are doing.

I don't hate them, I just don't think that they did anything to deserve the fame they have.

They were on Laguna Beach. They aren't actors.

Wisteria Lane

If for some reason you are like me and it took you awhile to watch the season finale of Desperate Housewives...and you still haven't watched it...DO NOT READ ANY FURTHER!!! I will end up spoiling it for you!





So...if you DID watch it...what the heck is going on?!

I started watching it and then had to postpone the second half for another day. That other day was this morning.

I thought it was probably one of the best in awhile with all the drama and what not.

Then at the end...I had to rewind it once or twice to rewatch the FIVE YEARS LATER portion of it. I mean, I got it...but I wanted to make sure I wasn't seeing things that weren't really happening!

Did Gabby have those kids? Or did they adopt? Because they look like they are asian (nothing against at all) and Gabby or Carlos are both hispanic. She also lost her sense of fashion apparently! Ha!

And most of all...who the heck is the guy that Susan went home to?!?! Where is Mike and where was the baby? I just don't get it...

Of course, they are going to leave us hanging until the next season!

Maybe it'll get juicier! If not...I'll still be watching! :-)

It's F.R.I.D.A.Y.

First off, I have to say, I just LOVE this picture! Doesn't it just sum up the whole show?!

I'm just sitting here at work...daydreaming about going home to my love and having our Pizza Friday and watching The Office that we have recorded from last night. We did the same last Friday and I have to say...not too impressed with the first show after being on a hiatus because of the writers strike. I mean, it's The Office and I wouldn't miss it for the world. I love each and every one of those characters for their own little quirks (although Dwight annoys me at times). I'm just hoping that tonight, they are in their regular setting with all the normal people. Oh I just love that evening television programming is all starting...but then, my ocd kicks in too and I feel overwhelmed with all the shows that are coming back on...oh boy!

Finally!

Finally! I am sooo excited about this, as you can obviously tell! I miss all of my shows and I can't wait until they start airing again. Most missed shows include the following; Grey's Anatomy, The Office, and I can't remember them all! Oh I simply cannot wait! And now I'll get to watch them on our NEW TV! Woo hoo!

Striking Writers

What is going on with this writers strike? It is just killing me!

See, I have this routine...I record my shows at night when

they are on. Then, since I don't work until 10:30am, I

wake up at 6:30am (right before my Mister leaves for work),

take the pooch out, make some coffee and watch some

pre-recorded shows before I get ready to go into work.

NOW I HAVE NOTHING TO DO IN THE MORNING!!!

It's so sad! When will it be over?!?! From what I heard on the radio

the other day...which is another post (my FAV morning show),

it's about the writers only making so many cents on dvds that are

put out, etc.

MY VOTE?! Get 'er done (I'm not from the south,

nor do I have anything against southerners,

but I just said that to make a statement! ha!)

and start writing some of my favorite shows!!!

P.S. Does anyone know why my paragraphs are NOT

separated? Do I need to change something in

my settings? HELLLLLPPPP!!!!!

How to look good...NAKED!!!

So, while we're (I'm I suppose) on the topic of TV Shows...and reality for that matter. Have you seen How To Look Good Naked? If not, you should check it out HERE. I have seen 2 episodes so far and I think I like it. I LOVE the fact that they are all about getting women to love the way the look currently. I mean, we all have body issues...i think we all do(?)! And there is always that notion that you HAVE TO have the perfect body. But I believe you need to love the skin you're in, in the first place, in order to really LOVE who you are.


My FAV part of the show is Carson Kressley though! He is such a hoot! I LOVE how he just makes the girls so comfortable and how gay he is, really! He cracks me up. One of the first episodes I saw, he was working with this gal who weighed probably like 250 pounds (or something like that, not too sure), but he picked her up and twirled her around. It was so funny, I mean he made her feel good. And then he makes them try on bras and undies and walk around in them. You know, just make them feel comfy! Alright, I think I'm just blabbering now.

Rock of Love

So, me and my Mister started watching Rock of Love when it first started sometime last year. I just randomly recorded it, thinking oh Mister R will probably like this. I myself, know some Poison songs, but seeing I was born in the early 80s, I wasn't a hard core rocker! Duh! Well, we both ended up getting addicted to it and well, season number 2 started on Sunday. Here we go again!


I can't help but get addicted to it...especially since the Writers Strike is going on...I look forward and get excited to watch the darn show! It is just hysterical too! Brett is just a sex crazed maniac (i mean did you see the season finale last season, he didn't want to make a decision and SERIOUSLY asked the two girls if they would both be his girlfriends!!! One said sure and the other wasn't having any of it!)...I'm sure he's not looking for long lasting love on a reality tv show...come on, we all know that doesn't last! And these girls all just want to be on tv...but it is hysterical...you should check it out!!! The fighting that goes on is the best part!!!

What about your TV Addictions...

good REALITY TV that I don't know about!
