In our apartment building, they have guidelines (in the handbook) stating that nothing is to be left outside of your door (in the hallways). This includes garbage, shoes, etc. The second floor seems to have a problem with this rule. As you can see in the pic below, they put ALL of their shoes out there. There has been multiple bags of garbage, huge rugs and MORE! I personally think it looks trashy and makes the building look like garbage. I understand with the snow and all that you wouldn't want wet shoes inside, but you're living here...FOLLOW THE RULES! Put a small rug right inside your door and put your shoes there, for cryin' out loud!
See the difference? This is our floor, it's looks so nice and clean and pretty! That's how it's supposed to look, people!
